Lead electronics development projects in the automotive industry, from acquisition to series production. Manage project scope, quality, timing, and cost while coordinating cross-functional teams. Requires a degree in EE or related, 3+ years in technical project management, and expertise in embedded systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead electronics development projects from acquisition to series production, managing the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to meet scope, quality, timing, and cost targets.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive technical collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and customers, resolving complex challenges.
- Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and management reviews.
- Coordinate acquisition activities, including preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Support and evaluate project team performance, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve project profitability and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in electronics development.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software development processes.
- Solid knowledge of complete electronic systems and product development principles.
- Good understanding of Product Development Process (PDP) methodologies.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
- Fluent English proficiency.
