Senior Project Manager and Systems Analyst

Lead strategic digital and information systems initiatives in a large, complex enterprise environment. This full-time role is hybrid and based in Haifa.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, from initiation, planning, and requirements gathering through design, implementation, and deployment.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and organizational partners.
- Lead systems analysis, requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design.
- Drive process improvements and implement digital solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and delivery.
- Use technology to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst.
- At least 2 years of project management experience in information systems.
- Experience leading complex projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or industrial engineering and management with an information systems specialization; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least 300 academic hours in information systems, or a practical engineering diploma in computers or technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required.
