Lead complex infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects from planning through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, contractors, and delivery controls. Full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure projects from planning through completion and lessons learned.
- Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate meetings with suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead working meetings with the client and oversight parties.
- Conduct engineering and financial analyses and compare delivery alternatives.
- Track schedules, work quality, and project targets.
- Prepare contracts, manage agreements, and resolve project exceptions.
- Close project accounts and conduct periodic reviews.
Requirements
- Registered or licensed engineer with authority to sign for contractor classification.
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and financial controls.
- Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment.
