A financial organization seeks a Project Manager to lead complex technology projects involving financial core systems and Mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technology projects end to end, from initiation and requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and production.
  • Lead projects involving financial core systems and Mainframe environments.
  • Coordinate with business units, development, systems analysis, QA, infrastructure, information security, operations, and external vendors.
  • Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Lead requirements gathering and systems analysis, defining business and functional requirements.
  • Manage complex integrations and cross-system processes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and drive execution in a matrix environment.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing technology projects in a financial or banking organization.
  • Significant experience managing projects involving financial core systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Mainframe systems in a banking or financial environment.
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial business and operational processes.
  • Experience with complex enterprise systems, integrations, and cross-organizational processes.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in system analysis.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading complex integration projects.
  • Familiarity with financial regulation, risk management, and compliance processes.
