Senior Procurement Project Manager
Lead and coordinate strategic procurement initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement, governance, and process improvements while supporting digitalization and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic procurement initiatives and transformation programs, including project planning, execution tracking, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the Procurement Leadership Team in shaping priorities, governance structures, and strategic roadmaps, facilitating workshops, leadership sessions, and OKR discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment between procurement, business stakeholders, and enabling functions, developing governance frameworks and communication plans.
- Drive digitalization initiatives and adoption of procurement tools, systems, and data-driven decision-making, identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate global community events, townhalls, and best-practice sharing sessions, ensuring effective engagement and alignment.
- Prepare management presentations, executive summaries, and decision-making materials for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Software Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or consultancy services, with understanding of different methodologies and agile processes.
- Experience in international projects and openness to diverse cultures.
- Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Systematic and creative thinking, logical reasoning, and adaptability, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI digital skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
