Supply Chain Manager
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations at a manufacturing site, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and reliable customer deliveries while improving operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local supply chain team, manage KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Own production and material planning, procurement, and supplier performance; resolve shortages and supply risks.
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse operations, shipping, and on-time customer delivery.
- Use ERP systems and Lean principles to improve material flow, costs, and lead times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, operations, or a related discipline; significant equivalent experience may be considered.
- At least 7 years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing, including people-management responsibility.
- Experience in production and material planning, procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong ERP and analytical skills.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills, with the ability to work with local and global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing.
- Experience in a global manufacturing organization and inter-company material flows.
- Epicor or QAD experience.
- APICS/ASCM certification or experience with Lean and continuous improvement.
