NPI Planner
A full-time NPI Planner role in Haifa, supporting operational execution for semiconductor programs. The role coordinates build schedules, material readiness, suppliers, inventory, and logistics across global partners and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain NPI build schedules across foundries, OSATs, and engineering labs
- Translate program milestones into material and component requirements
- Track semiconductor production and test progress
- Coordinate supplier capacity commitments and delivery schedules
- Identify shortages and supply risks, expedite materials, and resolve bottlenecks
- Track engineering silicon lots and test hardware across labs and partner sites
- Manage inventory of silicon components and engineering test equipment
- Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and import/export compliance
- Track priority shipments and manage reverse logistics and RMA processes
- Maintain material-readiness dashboards, allocation reports, inventory records, and risk logs
- Provide updates on material availability, supplier commitments, inventory, and operational risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor NPI supply chain, planning, logistics, or operational execution
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and test stages, from wafer fabrication through system-level test
- Experience coordinating foundries and OSATs, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules
- Experience in material planning, shortage management, inventory control, and supply-chain execution
- Experience with international shipping, customs clearance, and RMA processes
- Familiarity with semiconductor test hardware such as loadboards, probe cards, and sockets
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
