Coordinate production workflows, schedules, materials, progress tracking, and performance reporting to support efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflows across one or more products
- Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays
- Determine equipment and raw material requirements based on production demand
- Schedule shifts according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure completion on time and within budget
- Resolve production issues with minimal disruption
- Track finished product volumes and defect rates
- Prepare status and performance reports
- Maintain organized production documentation
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other teams
Requirements
- Practical Engineer qualification in Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Advanced communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of production procedures and process optimization
Nice to have
- Three or more years of experience in the same position
