Responsible for managing production plans, supply schedules, and MRP data in a defense manufacturing plant. Requires 3+ years experience in production planning and a degree in industrial engineering.
Responsibilities
- Manage production plan and supply schedules for dedicated product lines.
- Develop and consolidate monthly, weekly, and daily work plans for the plant.
- Ensure execution of work plans in production departments and update as needed.
- Monitor target achievement, analyze deviations, and escalate risks.
- Maintain MRP system data.
- Prepare plant supply plans and planning vs. performance reports.
- Interface with various stakeholders and participate in status meetings with management and production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (mandatory).
- At least 3 years of experience in production plan management, production floor, and mass production.
- Experience in project management in production and preparing work plans.
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Excel.
