Lead an end-to-end, large-scale technology modernization project while staying close to implementation across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the project end to end and drive delivery.
- Lead migration and implementation activities.
- Manage a team of implementers.
- Define standards and best practices.
- Resolve technical challenges and guide technical decisions.
- Work with business and technology teams, vendors, and Microsoft.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Modern, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience leading migration and implementation projects and managing implementers or developers.
- Understanding of permissions, content structures, and organizational processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and guide technical decisions while remaining hands-on as needed.
- Strong stakeholder management, ownership, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 modernization, large-scale environments, or direct collaboration with Microsoft or its partners.
