Lead complex enterprise IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and systems, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and vendors from planning through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and systems projects end to end.
- Define project scope, requirements, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, risks, resources, and deadlines.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and project specifications.
- Manage system implementations, migrations, integrations, and infrastructure transformations.
- Track progress, remove blockers, and drive risk mitigation and resolution.
- Facilitate project meetings, technical discussions, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project documentation, specifications, decisions, action items, and status reports.
- Support security, compliance, governance, and business continuity initiatives; improve project and operational processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from planning through execution and delivery using structured methodologies.
- Experience defining business and technical requirements and project specifications.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, customers, vendors, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong project organization, prioritization, ownership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to understand new technologies and communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale system implementation, migration, or integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity technologies.
- Familiarity with Fortinet, Zero Trust, or modern identity security.
- Experience with cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or cybersecurity implementations.
- Relevant project management or technical certifications.
