Own customer relationships and delivery plans for complex enterprise AI deployments, coordinating customers, engineers, architects, and product teams from project setup through hypercare.
Responsibilities
- Own the project plan and customer relationship across delivery workstreams
- Lead enterprise AI deployment governance, including RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, and hypercare
- Establish and validate customer preconditions and delivery gates
- Resolve day-to-day customer issues and determine when to escalate to executives
- Coordinate enterprise stakeholders, AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams to turn business requirements into scalable workflow plans
Requirements
- At least 6 years of project or program management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and demanding timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive stakeholder management and explaining technical topics to business audiences
- Ability to manage scope, delivery risks, timelines, and change requests
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements
