Senior Customer Project Manager
Lead end-to-end customer projects and programs in railway, transportation, and telecommunications environments. Own delivery, customer relationships, project financials, and contractual performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary customer contact during delivery
- Ensure contractual commitments, performance targets, and customer expectations are met
- Manage forecasts, profitability, and cost control
- Drive change management and stakeholder alignment
- Develop customer and internal communication plans
- Track project KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company processes, governance, quality, and health and safety standards
- Contribute project expertise to presales and business development
- Identify contract growth, renewal, and customer value opportunities
- Capture lessons learned and apply best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 12 or more years of experience in customer project management and contract management
- Experience managing complex customer-facing projects in railway, transportation, or telecommunications
- Knowledge of T2G, railway systems, and IP backbone networks
- Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Strong customer relationship, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of risk management, change management, and project governance
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and customer interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, business, or a related field is preferred

- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
