Engineering Project Management Team Lead
Lead the engineering project management function and establish consistent methods, tools, and execution practices across engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering project management team and establish shared methodologies, tools, and execution routines.
- Maintain an integrated view of engineering plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and priorities.
- Align engineering plans with R&D programs, production needs, and business objectives.
- Lead project reviews, action tracking, risk management, escalations, and management reporting.
- Provide visibility into project status, critical paths, resource constraints, and execution gaps.
- Support engineering leaders with prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional conflict resolution.
- Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and project control mechanisms.
- Coach and develop engineering project managers and PMO team members.
- Coordinate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project or management roles in a multidisciplinary technology environment.
- Experience leading project managers, PMO professionals, or a project management function.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive execution without direct authority.
- Systemic, process-oriented thinking and the ability to turn complex activities into structured execution plans.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

- Experience in defense, multidisciplinary systems, manufacturing, new product introduction, or transition-to-production environments.
