Lead cross-functional projects for new product development and lifecycle management, coordinating stakeholders from initiation through delivery. The role includes managing schedules, budgets, requirements, project status, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams developing new products and managing product, process, and therapy lifecycles.
- Oversee project operations and coordinate between project teams, planning, and line management.
- Manage product and service development and implementation across departments.
- Track project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and resolve issues to meet productivity, quality, and satisfaction goals.
- Develop project monitoring and intervention approaches to address risks and solve problems.
- Gather, elicit, plan, and manage requirements to meet stakeholder needs.
- Engage stakeholders and confirm that delivered products and processes address business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of project management
