Lead complex infrastructure projects throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and budgeting through execution, handover, and lessons learned. Coordinate project teams, contractors, clients, consultants, and oversight bodies while ensuring budget, quality, and schedule targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex infrastructure projects throughout their full lifecycle
- Lead project planning and execution
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Negotiate and meet with suppliers and subcontractors
- Lead regular meetings with clients and oversight bodies
- Assess engineering and financial alternatives to support decisions
- Monitor budgets and project performance
- Manage accounts, contracts, deviations, and claims as needed
- Oversee execution quality, manage risks, and capture lessons learned
Requirements
- Registered civil engineer or licensed engineer with signing authority for contractor classification
- Significant experience managing infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets, performance controls, and schedules
- Strong knowledge of agreements, contracts, and contractor accounts
- Ability to lead, make decisions, and manage professional teams
