A leading Israeli real estate company is hiring a construction project manager to lead significant Class A office projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead Class A office projects from planning through construction completion.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, planners, contractors, and external project managers.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, including projects valued at approximately ₪100 million.
- Track project schedules, budgets, quality, and execution.
- Manage handover of completed spaces to end clients through to their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Building engineering degree or practical engineering diploma is required.
- Significant experience managing and delivering Class A office developments is required.
- Experience managing complex projects with substantial budgets.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, project managers, and contractors.
- Strong capabilities in managing budgets, schedules, and construction processes.
