Project Manager, Aerial Systems
Manage aerial platform projects across contractual engagement, development, production, integration, testing, and delivery. Coordinate internal teams and international customers, partners, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects and contractual engagements with internal and international stakeholders.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across functions.
- Support needs definition, failure analysis, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives; develop multi-year work plans.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve failures from production through customer delivery.
- Prepare work instructions, system documentation, and product catalogs; translate contractual requirements into production and integration activities.
- Support test program planning and execution, including test instructions and field activities.
- Support customer and supplier negotiations, contractual engagements, and procurement.
- Lead and support establishing overseas production lines and integrating systems and assemblies, including warhead-related components.
- Prepare and support product demonstrations in Israel and abroad.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a military Project Officer or Project Manager.
- Experience managing projects involving aerial platforms, loitering munitions, or unmanned aerial systems.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or exact sciences is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience leading procurement, development, or integration of aerial or robotic systems.
- Manufacturing experience covering production, integration, and quality processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, product trees, and production or integration workflows.
- Additional language skills.
