Lead customer programs from concept to production in the semiconductor industry, translating requirements into executable plans and ensuring successful delivery. Act as the primary customer interface, drive cross‑functional alignment, manage risks, and deliver programs on time while strengthening strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and sales to convert customer requirements into actionable tasks.
- Drive cross‑functional program execution and coordinate globally distributed teams.
- Lead program kickoffs, technical discussions, design reviews, and issue tracking throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure successful production deployment through on‑time delivery, quality execution, and customer acceptance.
- Communicate program health, risks, and key issues to customers and internal leadership.
- Manage customer expectations, escalations, and feedback to influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven program/project management experience in the semiconductor, automotive, or embedded systems industries.
- Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development.
- Track record of leading complex, global programs from development through production.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross‑functional alignment skills.
- Business acumen with understanding of customer requirements, product roadmaps, and commercial outcomes.
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred.
