Senior Program Manager

Lead program coordination and learning initiatives, using analytics and stakeholder input to develop recommendations and engaging participant experiences. Hybrid B2B contract role. Applicants must hold a valid visa in the EU region; visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program stakeholders and align customer and account-team requirements.
- Use dashboard analytics to identify qualitative insights and recommend solutions and participant journeys.
- Develop program identity and engagement to build excitement around learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics dashboards, synthesize customer and account-team requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders and creating engaging programs.
- Cultural awareness and a background in learning and development.
- Valid visa in the EU region; sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of skills-gap assessment frameworks and professional development or cloud and technology training programs.
- Understanding of government and public-sector structures, regulations, and segmentation.
- Project or people management experience or qualifications.
