Lead planning and control for an aviation business unit, overseeing work plans, budgets, business metrics, and project delivery. Join the plant leadership team and manage its planning and control engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, management, and control of work plans, business metrics, budgets, and project execution
- Define control processes and tools, and implement work plans to meet organizational and strategic goals and support continuous improvement
- Participate in plant strategy and leadership decisions
- Directly manage planning and control engineers, providing cross-functional support and aligning plant work plans
- Present plans and other matters to senior leadership
- Promote process improvement, efficiency, learning, and employee development
Requirements
- Israeli citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years in management roles, such as project management, project planning and control, or equivalent leadership roles
- Experience developing budgets and workload plans for a plant of approximately 300 or more employees, with a financial scope of at least $300 million
- Experience managing and controlling inventory valued at $100 million
- Direct management experience leading at least 5 employees
- Good spoken and written English, including reading
