A government institution in Jerusalem is hiring a full-time Applications Division Manager to lead a team of approximately 25 professionals and oversee around 10 complex technology systems and software projects. The role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage approximately 10 complex technology systems and software projects
- Manage a team of approximately 25 professionals, including Project Managers, a Development Manager, and System Analysts
- Oversee work plans, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Drive cross-functional projects and manage key stakeholders
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Requirements
- At least 6 years managing complex IT and technology projects
- At least 4 years managing a team of Project Managers
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and project timelines
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or an equivalent discipline
- Full-time availability in Jerusalem
Nice to have
- Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably in government or the public sector
