Lead complex technology programs from customer response and contract negotiation through execution and closeout. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, budgets, compliance, and profitability, and report program status and outcomes. The role is based at the company site in Ramat
Responsibilities
- Lead responses to RFI and quotation requests.
- Negotiate with customers and subcontractors through contract signing; prepare contract and engagement documents.
- Develop program work plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate program activities with engineering and operations teams.
- Create, implement, and monitor program risk plans.
- Set program controls to support quality, profitability, schedule, and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Monitor program budgets and collections; maintain program profitability.
- Coordinate with divisional security stakeholders to comply with applicable company and government security requirements.
- Report program status to relevant stakeholders and maintain organized business, engineering, and management records.
- Deliver the program in accordance with the customer contract, approved plan, and company procedures.
- Conduct program closeout reviews, assess profitability and customer satisfaction, and report findings to management.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a technology environment.
- Experience leading matrixed teams and coordinating across internal functions.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, finance, and business.
- Native-level Hebrew and very strong English.
- Proficiency with relevant software, including MS Office, Excel, and Project.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in engineering or business administration.
- Experience in similar fields or with international customers.
