A real estate company is seeking a senior, hands-on construction leader to oversee multiple large, complex residential projects from preparation through handover and occupancy. The role is based in Tel Aviv and the central region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential construction projects from preparation through handover and occupancy.
- Manage project managers, site managers, execution engineers, and field teams.
- Control schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction agreements.
- Resolve professional and operational issues and provide ongoing support to project sites.
- Coordinate with company leadership and planning, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
- Lead efficiency initiatives and improve construction methods and processes.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing the execution of large, complex residential projects.
- Senior management experience at a construction and contracting company.
- Experience overseeing several active projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing project managers, site managers, execution engineers, and field teams.
- Strong practical construction execution and site-management background.
- Hands-on approach and regular engagement with construction sites.

- Experience with urban renewal projects.
