Lead a small, dynamic business operation, with responsibility for profitability, business strategy, and coordination across operations, sales and service, digital marketing, and finance. Report to and represent the business with its owners in China.
Responsibilities
- Own the company P&L, execute the business plan, and improve financial stability, sales performance, and profitability.
- Develop annual business strategy and sales and expense forecasts; monitor budgets monthly and quarterly.
- Set pricing models for premium products, create commercial promotions, and price service packages and SLAs.
- Manage and coach the sales and service center manager, monitoring center performance.
- Guide marketing strategy in partnership with the digital marketing manager.
- Oversee supply chain quality and customer experience.
- Coordinate departments, sales, and field operations, and communicate with the owners in China.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing a business unit or serving as an executive in a manufacturing or importing company.
- Proven experience managing department or team managers and establishing management routines and output KPIs.
- Strong business judgment, resilience, and ability to improve resource efficiency and perform under pressure.
- Analytical understanding of digital performance marketing, marketing funnels, and ROI/CAC metrics.

- Experience with premium consumer products, electromechanical systems, or home design.
