Lead high-impact corporate strategy work, developing insights and plans that address major business questions and translating them into cross-company execution. The role is hybrid and full-time in Herzliya.
Responsibilities
- Own large, high-impact strategy initiatives from start to finish.
- Engage senior stakeholders to guide project scope and process.
- Present strategic opportunities and recommendations to leadership and build alignment on resource investments.
- Work with Product, Operations, go-to-market, and other teams to drive cross-company execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–4 years at a leading strategy consulting firm and 2–3 years in venture capital, investment banking, or strategy/corporate development at a high-tech company.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, or economics.
- Strategic thinking paired with a detailed understanding of users and products.
- Ability to analyze markets, competition, and business capabilities and develop defensible strategies.
- Experience working across teams and with external partners to solve complex problems.
- Interest in technology and understanding of software and business technology markets and trends.
