Lead and scale an enterprise professional services organization delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements. Own delivery strategy, operational performance, and commercial results while using AI to improve efficiency. Fully remote; based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineers and delivery managers responsible for enterprise migrations, implementations, and custom engagements
- Own delivery health, customer outcomes, escalations, quality, timelines, scope, and operations
- Develop an AI-enabled delivery model to increase efficiency and capacity
- Define service offerings, pricing, and repeatable delivery models while accommodating enterprise needs
- Own services revenue, margins, pricing, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Account Management on scoping, pricing, sales-to-delivery transitions, and account growth
- Set the services strategy and operating plan as part of Customer Experience leadership
- Differentiate the service portfolio and demonstrate customer and business impact
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Account Management to improve services and the platform
- Represent the organization with senior internal and customer stakeholders
- Coach and develop delivery professionals through feedback and performance management
Requirements
- At least 8 years of leadership in Professional Services, implementation, technical consulting, or a related delivery function, including direct leadership of a delivery organization
- At least 5 years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers
- Experience building services portfolios, defining offerings and pricing, and creating repeatable delivery models
- Commercial experience partnering with Sales on scoping and pricing, expansion opportunities, revenue, retention, and margins
- Practical experience using AI to improve operational workflows, delivery efficiency, and team capacity
- Experience leading and developing individual contributors, delivery leads, and managers
- Ability to work with executive stakeholders and communicate complex issues clearly
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic planning, and hands-on delivery execution
