Lead R&D and technology delivery for a company operating in regulated igaming, gambling, and betting markets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D teams and define technical vision and development standards.
- Coordinate product and engineering roadmaps, prioritize features, guide architecture decisions, and oversee execution across projects.
- Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and data teams to align technology with business objectives.
- Mentor technical leaders and drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Promote high-quality, compliant, scalable, and secure product delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience managing R&D or engineering organizations in igaming, gambling, or betting.
- Track record of delivering high-traffic, real-time platforms.
- Strong software development and system architecture background, including distributed systems, APIs, and database-driven applications.
- Experience defining technology strategy and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and data integrity in igaming and betting.
- Experience building, mentoring, and retaining multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English.
