Senior Project Manager

Manage complex general planning projects for public clients. Define and control project goals, costs, schedules, and quality. Coordinate with subcontractors and lead project meetings. Requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or business administration, extensive experience with HOAI and AHO, and proficiency in iTwo and PowerProject. German C1 required.

Responsibilities

  • Define, control, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets for planning and construction services in general planning projects.
  • Coordinate and establish project objectives, economic execution processes, and project-specific organizational structures.
  • Participate in selecting project participants such as specialist planning offices, consultants, and executing companies.
  • Design contracts and coordinate with subcontractors within the general planning team.
  • Prepare billing schedules and synchronize billing statuses internally and externally.
  • Prepare, lead, and control project meetings and communicate with project participants and other interfaces (internal/external) in cooperation with project managers.

Requirements

  • Solution-oriented thinking, structured working method, and high self-organization.
  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or business administration.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in all service phases according to HOAI and AHO.
  • Confident demeanor in dealing with clients and communicating with project participants.
  • Proficient in AVA and project management software, preferably iTwo and PowerProject.
  • Very good German skills, at least level C1.
