Program Manager – Post-Merger Integration & Strategy
Seeking a Program Manager to lead post-merger integration planning and execution across functions including product, technology, finance, and operations. Drive synergy initiatives, establish governance, and prepare executive communications. Contribute to strategic growth projects in a dynamic technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-merger integration planning and execution aligned with deal rationale and value creation plan.
- Build cross-functional integration plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end integration execution across product, technology, GTM, finance, HR, legal, and operations.
- Drive implementation and tracking of synergy initiatives and value creation measures.
- Establish governance structures, steering cadences, issue escalation, and decision forums.
- Contribute to strategic growth projects, evaluate options, and build actionable roadmaps.
- Prepare senior management materials with crisp narratives on progress, risks, trade-offs, and decisions.
- Support change management and organizational transition topics.
- Develop and refine integration playbooks, templates, and tracking tools.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in M&A Integration, PMO, Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
- Strong project management skills: work planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and prioritization.
- Proven experience leading post-merger integration planning and execution.
- Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive decisions under ambiguity.
- Superior stakeholder management with influence without authority.
- Clear and concise executive communication and powerful deck preparation.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working across strategic and operational topics.
- High degree of independence and judgment to run projects with limited guidance.
