Full responsibility for managing the transition of SAP, Microsoft, and other IT systems into data center environments. Central coordination role for complex IT infrastructure projects, involving customer liaison, planning, and monitoring delivery. Works closely with Alexandria office and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of enterprise IT systems, especially SAP and Microsoft, to data centers.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution with sub-project managers across all service areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Alexandria and international teams for alignment and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an IT project manager in IT transitions, data center migrations, or outsourcing.
- Strong technical understanding of operational requirements for SAP and enterprise IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
- German language skills.
