Lead project management and business analysis for payment products, ensuring regulatory compliance and requirements validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements from product, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability matrices.
- Lead reviews and walkthroughs of requirements and design documents.
- Coordinate UAT and sign-off with business owners.
- Conduct gap analysis of business processes and controls.
- Manage formal change control processes for requirement changes.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Prepare status reports and risk logs for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management or business analysis, with 2+ years in fintech.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering and validation.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and similar tools.
- Fluent English; Bulgarian highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with scheme certifications (Visa, Mastercard).
- Knowledge of DORA, PSD2, and EBA guidelines.
- Background in software development or QA.
- Experience in multi-entity group structures.
- Familiarity with BPMN and data flow diagrams.
- Audit or compliance review exposure.
