Lead technology risk management and control processes across technology units. Advise managers and teams, support strategic initiatives, work with senior leadership, and promote regulatory compliance and process improvement. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk management and control processes across technology units
- Support managers, teams, and core organizational products
- Conduct risk assessments, identify opportunities, and implement controls
- Remove barriers and advance processes from a strategic business perspective
- Participate in cloud migration, AI solution implementation, and new system launches
- Work with senior leadership and present insights and recommendations
- Lead the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Monitor technology trends and innovation
Requirements
- More than five years of significant experience in risk management and controls
- Broad technological understanding and familiarity with advanced platforms
- Strong ability to analyze complex processes and take a systemic view
- Sharp critical thinking and a proactive approach to process improvement
- Knowledge of technology-related regulations
- Ability to influence, motivate, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with senior leadership
- High-level English proficiency
- Professional curiosity and strong learning ability
