A growing financial technology organization is seeking a GRC Project Manager to lead information security, risk, audit, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead GRC and information security projects and processes.
- Manage and monitor supplier and supply-chain risks, including control reviews and assessment processes.
- Lead penetration testing surveys and periodic control reviews, track remediation plans, and close identified gaps.
- Coordinate internal and external audit findings and manage remediation plans through closure.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to complete remediation and obtain closure approval.
- Validate policies, controls, and workflows against regulatory and business requirements.
- Write, update, and maintain information security, cybersecurity, and compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with audit, regulatory, information security, IT, and business teams.
Requirements
- At least two years of GRC experience in a financial company or consulting firm.
- Required knowledge of Bank of Israel directives, financial regulations, and relevant compliance requirements.
- Experience leading cross-functional processes and projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong task management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Experience implementing PCI-DSS requirements in an organization.
