A consulting organization is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to support client engagements in IT and security risk management, compliance assurance, GRC, and AI assurance. The role combines advisory and audit work with the development and use of AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Support client engagements covering IT and security risk, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and AI assurance
- Plan and perform fieldwork, testing, and reporting for timely, high-quality delivery
- Conduct SOC 2 testing and readiness assessments and support attestation engagements
- Contribute to IT audits, information security reviews, and GRC initiatives
- Develop and apply AI tools to improve advisory and audit work
- Support AI assurance engagements, including governance assessments and control testing
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, IT audit, SOC reporting, GRC, or a related field
- Understanding of security GRC, information security frameworks, and IT controls
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with AI governance or assurance
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Hands-on use or development of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT
