Coordinate security risk management, certification, regulatory, audit, and governance programs for an AI cloud infrastructure company. The role combines hands-on program execution with practical knowledge of information security and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and execute certification and regulatory programs across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate evidence collection, documentation, and audit-readiness activities
- Coordinate with external assessors, auditors, and vendors and track deliverables
- Support security risk assessments, risk-register maintenance, and mitigation activities
- Track corrective actions through effective remediation and closure
- Prepare risk and program status materials for internal review
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation
- Identify improvements to program tracking, reporting, and process efficiency
- Support additional governance, risk, and compliance activities as priorities evolve
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in information security, GRC, compliance, IT risk, or a related field
- Working knowledge of information security and compliance concepts, including risk assessment, control frameworks, and audit or certification cycles
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and spreadsheets
- Discretion when handling sensitive security and compliance information
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, risk frameworks, or regulatory compliance programs
- Familiarity with Confluence
