Manage supplier relationships, implement process excellence, and ensure quality standards within the supply chain. Develop risk mitigation strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multiple suppliers and internal teams to optimize procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative procurement supplier database, including screening, classification, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Standardize processes and control KPIs to evaluate supplier service quality and improve workflows.
- Lead in-depth investigations following service or product failures, promoting organizational learning and process updates.
- Conduct internal certifications and periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Academic degree, preferably in engineering or analytical fields.
- Proven experience in quality management, control, or process improvement.
- Experience in supplier control and ranking.
- Experience in conducting investigations and leading corrective actions with suppliers.
- Experience working in a multi-supplier environment.
