A manufacturing plant in Caesarea is hiring a full-time manager to lead its logistics and distribution operations. The role combines office and on-site work, Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00, with alternating Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, drivers, and forklift operators.
- Oversee daily goods dispatch, work scheduling, and distribution operations.
- Provide service and handle ongoing interactions with company customers.
- Manage the truck fleet, including routine maintenance, garage visits, and safety.
- Monitor logistics processes and coordinate between office and field operations.
Requirements
- Management experience in logistics or distribution is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in industry is required.
- Ability to lead a team, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication.
- Willingness to work in a demanding, dynamic environment.
