Operations and Execution Lead
Own and improve company-wide operating rhythms and cross-functional execution, translating leadership priorities into plans, clear ownership, and measurable progress.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional operating rhythms, including priorities, owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, visibility, and follow-through.
- Lead and improve delivery cadence, planning, prioritization, milestone tracking, release readiness, and cross-team coordination.
- Translate company priorities and leadership decisions into execution plans, ownership, and measurable progress.
- Design practical processes that improve planning, communication, accountability, and execution.
- Drive cross-functional and strategic initiatives from decision through implementation and adoption.
- Provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, blockers, customer commitments, trade-offs, and open decisions.
- Identify execution gaps, unclear ownership, and weak handoffs, then develop practical improvements.
- Evolve operating mechanisms such as planning cycles, leadership cadence, decision tracking, cross-functional handoffs, and performance visibility.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, R&D operations, technical program management, delivery or program management, business operations, or a similar execution-focused role at a technology company.
- Strong understanding of how software products are planned, built, released, and delivered.
- Ability to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans, ownership, operating routines, and follow-through.
- Experience improving processes and operating mechanisms.
- Strong business and operational judgment, including awareness of effects on customers, commitments, capacity, quality, cost, and risk.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence, challenge, align, and move people forward.
- High ownership, analytical thinking, and comfort in a fast-moving technology environment.

- Experience building operating or delivery processes at a growing technology company.
- Experience working with Customer Success, implementation, business operations, finance, people, or commercial teams.
- Experience creating dashboards, KPI frameworks, execution reports, or management visibility mechanisms.
- Background in SaaS, logistics, AI, enterprise software, or complex B2B operations.
