Business Operations Manager
Partner with the COO and executive leadership to turn strategy into action, lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational processes, and support organizational growth. This is a maternity leave replacement role, with the possibility of continuing permanently.
Responsibilities
- Translate company strategy into operational plans and departmental objectives.
- Support leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, cross-functional standups, and strategic offsites.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through rollout.
- Support the COO and CEO with executive priorities and progress tracking.
- Improve cross-team workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Identify manual processes and implement automation, tools, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate strategic communication with the parent company in Italy.
- Align product and engineering teams with go-to-market teams around launches and feature rollouts.
- Partner with Customer Experience to identify customer journey friction and drive improvements.
- Maintain dashboards for operational health, service-level adherence, and team efficiency.
- Analyze operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, strategy consulting, or Chief of Staff roles at scale-up SaaS, fintech, or technology companies.
- Experience leading complex initiatives across departments without direct authority.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into scalable frameworks and processes.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics, product delivery lifecycles, and go-to-market workflows.
- Proficiency with dashboarding and operational tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
