An organization in central Israel is seeking a project manager to lead operational excellence initiatives, improve processes and performance, and support organization-wide change.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-organizational processes and complex projects from start to finish.
- Drive organizational change and improve work processes and performance.
- Define requirements for information systems, analyze data, and develop decision-support models.
- Work with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least five years of project management experience in operational excellence or organizational methods at a large organization.
- Experience leading change initiatives and cross-organizational projects.
- Experience defining information systems requirements and analyzing data.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management.
Nice to have
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
