A renewable energy company is seeking a specialist to improve the operational and financial performance of its active asset portfolio. The role works with operations and maintenance contractors, engineering teams, suppliers, and site stakeholders. Company offices are in the Haifa area.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production and performance data against forecasts, identifying gaps and anomalies.
- Lead operational improvements with O&M contractors to reduce downtime and maximize asset availability.
- Investigate technical failures with engineering and operations teams.
- Support insurance claims and warranty cases with equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
- Coordinate with suppliers on asset availability and performance.
- Prepare performance reports and track KPIs at asset and portfolio level.
- Identify technological and operational upgrades to increase output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- High level of English.
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience analyzing solar system or energy performance.
