Responsibilities
- Lead, prioritize, coach, and develop a team of data center technicians.
- Oversee server and network infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across facilities.
- Maintain operational and security procedures, analyze trends, and identify improvements.
- Support environmental health and safety and compliance initiatives, including incident investigation, resolution, and reporting.
- Coordinate project work and ensure installations are completed on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
- At least 5 years managing technical, vendor, contract, or delivery teams.
- Able to work non-standard hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and shift schedules as required.
- Able to travel 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience operating data center infrastructure and understanding network and compute architecture and lifecycle.
- Experience delivering initiatives in a global environment.
- Ability to strengthen site safety practices and foster collaboration.
