Lead facilities and infrastructure maintenance operations, manage maintenance teams and contractors, and ensure work plans, inspections, and problem resolution are completed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare infrastructure maintenance work plans.
- Develop detailed plans for identifying faults.
- Inspect equipment and prepare inspection reports.
- Maintain equipment and resolve infrastructure and facilities problems.
- Manage maintenance teams to deliver scheduled work plans.
- Train maintenance staff.
- Manage contractors performing maintenance work.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a facilities maintenance supervisor, team leader, or manager.
- Degree or practical engineering diploma in mechanical, electrical, building, or civil engineering.
- Experience inspecting equipment and preparing inspection reports.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting buildings and infrastructure.
- Experience planning and scheduling ongoing maintenance activities.
- Experience managing maintenance contractors.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
Nice to have
- Electrical license and practical electrical experience.
- Experience managing infrastructure, paving systems, and drainage systems.
