Production Shift Manager

Lead manufacturing teams on rotating morning, evening, and night shifts. Ensure safe, efficient production and coordinate plant operations across production, logistics, quality, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the proactive safety plan and follow occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Manage, onboard, train, and develop shift machine teams, including work scheduling and discipline.
  • Meet production output, quality, and safety targets.
  • Manage process flow and optimize production processes.
  • Lead analytical problem-solving, review data, draw conclusions, and define actions.
  • Oversee evening and night plant operations, including safety, logistics, quality, maintenance, production, and emergencies.
  • Execute production plans in coordination with planning, logistics, and quality teams.
  • Monitor production-floor processes, production controls, process quality, and Centerline product approvals.
  • Coordinate structured shift handovers between managers and teams.
  • Work with data, technical systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Production-related technical diploma or relevant bachelor's degree
  • Practical technical experience managing manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of control systems
  • Experience in quality
  • Experience leading efficiency improvements
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
