Lead production lines focused on chemistry, plastics and composite materials in an aerospace development environment. Manage a team of approximately 50 employees, coordinate with customers across projects, and advance innovative production processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage production lines in a development environment, focusing on chemistry, plastics and composite materials.
- Oversee production operations and a team of approximately 50 employees.
- Maintain effective customer relationships across projects and customer groups.
- Provide professional guidance and training to employees.
- Identify and implement technological solutions for production processes under development.
- Lead ongoing organizational and technological change and improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant academic education.
- At least 5 years of experience manufacturing composite materials to aerospace standards.
- At least 2 years managing composite-material production lines and teams of at least 20 employees.
- Demonstrated experience with quality control in composite-material manufacturing.
- Proven leadership, delegation and large-team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop business and organizational strategies for technological innovation.
- Customer orientation, systems-level thinking and cross-organizational collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills and a focus on business outcomes.
- Israeli citizenship.
Nice to have
- Experience manufacturing composite radomes.
- Experience painting composite aerospace components.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience developing work plans in MS Project.
