An established luxury fashion house is seeking a manager to coordinate production planning from order receipt through completion. The role oversees schedules, capacity, progress, and deadlines while working with production teams, ateliers, suppliers, and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor production from order receipt through completion.
- Build production plans and schedules and track their execution.
- Coordinate production teams, ateliers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor capacity, workload, priorities, and order progress; respond to changes and keep timelines on track.
- Identify production bottlenecks and gaps and drive solutions with relevant teams.
- Prepare reports and monitor production data and performance.
- Follow processes across multiple interfaces through to completion.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion production processes, workflows, and timelines.
- Experience working across stages and teams in a fashion production environment.
- Good English and Excel skills.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and information systems.
- Strong planning, prioritization, organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in luxury fashion, bridal, couture, or textile production.
