Manage the execution and daily operations of a manufacturing center in Be’er Sheva, coordinating production lines, employees, materials, quality, schedules, costs, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing center execution against plans and supply schedules.
- Oversee production lines, machinery, and professional staff.
- Assign and redeploy employees across workstations according to operational needs.
- Maintain production schedules, quality standards, labor-hour targets, and workload balance.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans based on orders and work instructions.
- Coordinate raw-material requests and verify required quantities are available.
- Prepare daily performance and labor-hour reports using MFG software.
- Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience managing employees and production departments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing products, processes, and technologies.
- Experience with computerized production management systems.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field or business administration.
- Experience in the defense manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with MFG production management software.
