Lead development and introduction of electro-optical products into serial production, resolving production issues and coordinating engineering changes with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product introduction for products using detectors and lenses, transitioning them from development to serial production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop engineering solutions to production issues.
- Lead engineering changes for products in serial production, including solutions for obsolete components and transition plans.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for products and processes.
- Coordinate work across engineering, production, testing, and customer teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or Electronics Technician qualification with at least three years of experience in technical management, systems engineering, or NPI engineering.
- Experience working in matrix environments with multidisciplinary systems.
- Ability to think broadly about systems, work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of electro-optical systems, assemblies, and test equipment.
