Lead production activities and manufacturing projects for a medical device manufacturer, from customer requirements through production implementation. This is a hands-on role based on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing production-line activities and customer plans.
- Manage customer requirements, priorities, schedules, and deliverables; provide progress, task, and risk updates.
- Lead production scale-up and capacity planning.
- Monitor throughput, quality, deliveries, and open tasks against targets.
- Use and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications, including in SolidWorks as needed.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, planning, and supply chain teams.
- Resolve technical and operational problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Support production employees on the floor and help meet operational targets.
- Ensure work follows procedures, quality requirements, and applicable medical device standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
- At least two years of experience in production management or manufacturing projects.
- Experience in production management, project management, manufacturing engineering, or a similar technical-operational role.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and tolerances.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Experience working directly with customers and managing requirements, expectations, and priorities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and willingness to work hands-on on the production floor.
- High-level written and spoken English and Hebrew.

- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience in a regulated environment and with quality management systems.
